Botox, Fillers, and Latisse

Element5 is excited to be working with a local physician to expand our range of spa treatments to include Botox and fillers. Our guests will have treatments with the physician in a private treatment room. For more information or to book your appointment call us at 642-7725.
Botox
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows in people 18 to 65 years of age for a short period of time (temporary). Cost is $10 per unit, and treatments vary in how many units they use.
Fillers
Fillers are used to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Fillers are injected into problem areas. Cost is $550 per vial.
Please note that before medical treatments each guest will first be evaluated by the physician to ensure suitability. Our partner physician is fully licensed to perform these procedures, and she will discuss the risks associated with the procedures with each guest.
