When booking your spa experience please notify us of any special preferences you may have, we will do our very best to accommodate you. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa experience time. We understand that things may arise that will cause you to be late. If this is the case we will complete the services that we can fit into the balance of your allotted time. We require a credit card number for all spa experiences.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your spa experience (48 hours for 2 or more services & groups of 2 or more) to avoid having your card charged. We strive to create a relaxing environment for all guests and ask that you refrain from using cell phones & other electronic devices while at the spa.

We absolutely love children, however, unless they are getting a spa service we ask that you do not bring them with you.
